Patient Survey 2025

Your views are very important to us.

Each year the practice like to send out a survey to our patients to find out how we are doing.
We think your views are important and greatly appreciate those who take time to complete the survey.

Taking part is voluntary and your responses will be completely confidential.

How to participate in the survey

This Survey asks questions about your experience with the practice.Ā
This helps us to monitor quality of care services andĀ assess what needs to be improved.

None of the health and social care professionals involved in your care will know whether or not you have filled in this survey.

We appreciate your time and answers.
If you have any questions about our survey process please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to answer.

Updated Zero Tolerance Policy

We appreciate you all as Patients and almost always have no issues with inappropriate behaviour or language towards us and we would like to take this time to state that we are thankful to have a wonderful community as patients.

Unfortunately due to rare occasional issues we do have to have a policy in place for such instances.
We have updated our Zero Tolerance Policy to be more precise about how we handle situations, define what is considered inappropriate and bring us inline with NHS Scotland's own view.

In April 2020, the Minor Ailment Service which has been delivered by community pharmacies since 2006 will be replaced with the new Pharmacy First Service.

The Scottish Governmentā€™s Programme is committed to increase access to community pharmacy services by developing and implementing a redesigned minor ailment and common conditions service available to all.Ā
Increasing access to community pharmacy as theĀ first port of callĀ for managingĀ minor illnesses and supporting self-management of stable long term conditions in and out of hours and to improve pharmaceutical care and contribute to the multi-disciplinary team.

It is intended that the redesigned service will replace the current Minor Ailment Service and current Pharmacy First services and will commence in all community pharmacies from April 2020.Ā
